Family & Farm
Every farm has a story. Ours began in 2017 with tears, prayers & a little seed of hope. We believed a farm could be a place of hope & healing for two of our children. And in 2021, God brought us that farm. Subscribe & stay tuned for future Blog Posts.
Animals in Synergy
A healthy animal gives us healthy food. This is a fact. Farm Fresh Eggs from hens in sunshine, breeze & pecking for bugs & seeds give us an incredibly different food than hens given antibiotics, kept crammed in gigantic factories never seeing sunlight or scratching for bugs. The same goes for all animals who give us our dairy products and meat. The quality of their lives matter. And their nutritional profile affects our health.
Nutrient Dense Foods
We are huge proponents of nutrient dense food. It starts with healthy animals who then give us health soil. This soil nurtures the plants that grow, giving them rich nutritional profiles & superior taste very unlike foods grown in weak, nutrient-deficient soil.
Our Farm Animals
We chose Jersey & Normande Cows for their cream-rich, delicious real milk for our Raw Milk. We selected Nigerian Dwarf Goats as therapy animals. Our Livestock Guardian Dogs keep a close eye on the entire farm. And our hens were selected for their egg laying ability & egg color and plumage & temperament. Our roosters also protect the farm. The cats...well, they chose us.
